What happens if I miss an appointment?

Yes. Sometimes it can happen, you will be allowed one chance to reschedule your appointment. Please write to us with the details and we’ll find you another slot.

Can I change my appointment date/time?

Preferably no. Because doctors have limited time & availability, so we expect you to keep up with the appointment. However, should you have an absolutely pressing concern, we respect that and can allow for one-time rescheduling.

What if I can't get a date & time of my choice?

We request you to be a little flexible and we’ll try our best to be as accommodative as possible. We are sure we can always find a time and slot of mutual convenience.

What happens if I don’t wish to go ahead with the consultation?

If you wish to completely cancel the appointment, no refund can be made. However, you can change the date and time of your appointment to a more suitable slot.

Where do I find assistance for payment related queries?

All forms are submitted only after a successful payment. So you don’t have to worry about payments being deducted but not being able to find an appointment.

How will I receive the prescription to procure medicines?

The patient will receive a URL. He can see the prescription image (and download) in the mobile browser once he opens the link.
